A social membership allows fellow horse enthusiasts to become involved in the Hunt Club without  having to ride.  It is also the next best way to experience the thrill and tradition of fox hunting without being on horseback. While social membership aids in keeping the equine community involved in the sport, it also helps to ensure tradition of fox hunting continues here in Nova Scotia. 

Social members are invited to become actively involved with hunt club activities or to simply remain “silent supporters”. During hunting season, we encourage social members to follow and view the hunts in the comfort of vehicles, take photographs,  join us afterwards to share a meal, and be part of the camaraderie. Some of our social members participate by working “behind the scenes” at hunt meets closing gates, dragging scent, helping with breakfasts, etc.  Regardless of the extent of involvement, we sincerely appreciate our social members and the support they provide.
